FORMATIVE FOOTPRINT (FF) is an educational design organisation located in Spain, in the province of Valladolid.
FF is specialised in the design and creation of new training processes tailored to the specific needs of the 21st century.Based on personal and professional needs, FF implements a methodical process that ensures the creation of new practical and successful educational processes that manage to stop previously detected needs problems that organisations and citizens have.
FF has built up a team of professionals experts in education, training and innovation. This brought the organisation to work as a training and research centre, specialised in topics related on one hand to education and training, on the other hand to innovation.
In doing this, FF has always been looking for the European added value of its activities. In this context, FF gained expertise in the design and management of International and national projects, which allowed it to further develop and increase the organisation’s activities in the field of innovation and education.
Formative Footprint’s objectives are aligned with the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals. FF considers that one of the most important factors to achieve these goals is based on citizenship education. Education must be the engine that moves people in the right direction. We are in the era of knowledge, as the main element of sustainable development and Formative Footprint contributes to this day by day.
Our core activity is focused on several lines of expertise, which correspond with different European levels of development:
1. Education and Training: we conduct research and studies on the most innovative training methods and tools, also deal with training materials and content production on different areas of people development, HR, organisational management and internationalisation. Moreover, we provide training courses for young and adult people on different subjects relevant to our areas of expertise, with a focus on improvement of entrepreneurship, job search, project management, event management, leisure and free time management, awareness programs (drug prevention and new digital addictions, gender equality, against extremism, in favour of European unity). We work with public bodies, companies and training centres, in order to spread the know-how and competences. Moreover, part of our team members are specialised in the recognition, validation and transfer of competences, through the correct use of the European transparency tools, such as EQF and
ECVET.
2. Innovation and research: The innovation department is the most important in the organisation. It is led by staff with PhDs and composed of experts in educational innovation with extensive experience in training design and implementation (theory and practice). We have an educational design methodology that allows us to design new reliable training based on the needs or problems of a specific field.
3. Multidisciplinary projects: the international projects team is constantly focused on searching for the best funding
opportunities to develop innovative projects in the fields of school education, vocational training, adult education, higher education, management development and promotion of sustainable development strategies. Thanks to a consolidated experience on project management, we are able to manage national and international projects.
Over the years, we have been steadily consolidating our multidisciplinary approach and our wide European partners’ network, that includes public organisations, universities, educational networks, research and training centres, chambers of commerce, regional development agencies, management consulting firms, with whom we interact every day to share and import know-how.
