Objectives:

1. Provide adult educators with educational tools (online courses and training activities) to improve the usage of digital tools in their educational practices.
2. Enhance the digital skills of 100 adult educators, focusing on key areas such as Information and Data Literacy, Communication and Collaboration, Digital Content Creation, Safety, and Problem Solving.
3. Foster digital creativity in 100 adult educators, enabling them to create educational and engaging activities for adult learners.

Implementation:

• Design an Online Course for adult educators on applying DigComp areas in the creation and delivery of digital educational content.
• Create a Practical Activities KIT that offers exercises for each competence area, adaptable for online, offline, and hybrid learning.
• Generate an Impact Report following the piloting phase to assess the effectiveness of the activities and tools.
• Organize 3 Transnational Project Meetings in Spain, Latvia and Türkiye to discuss progress and share results.
• Host 4 Multiplier Events in Spain, Latvia, Greece, and Türkiye to spread project results and engage with broader audiences.

Target Groups:

Direct Target Group: Adult educators, trainers, coaches, and teachers, particularly those working with groups impacted by the pandemic or facing barriers to digital access.
Indirect Target Group: Adults with limited or no digital skills, particularly those affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, including older adults, rural populations, and economically disadvantaged learners.

Piloting Report:
